Milano was wearing a bikini and beach hat as he posed with Bugliari in the photo inside a hot tub. Perceptive social media users were quick to notice the actress’s change in appearance, with some even calling on her to discontinue her Botox treatments.

One Instagram user asked, “That’s Alyssa Milano?” while another said, “That doesn’t look like her.” A second commenter said, “I don’t know who that is, but it’s not Alyssa Milano.”

Other people felt compelled to advise the celebrity on matters pertaining to her beauty. Please refrain from Botoxing your face! An onlooker pushed, “You are beginning to look like those people who do.” “Put some clothes on girl, Gheesh,” another criticised her outfit, while a Facebook user said, “Think she left half her top at home.”

Milano posted other adorable pictures of the couple’s vacation in addition to the seductive bikini picture that got social media users all worked up. Pictures captured sweet moments of her lounging on the beach with pals.

Others featured everyone having a great day together while dining at a Nobu restaurant. Additionally, a photo featuring all three couples posing in matching pajamas with their initials engraved on top was included.

Strongly advise […] We are here with all of our spouses’ greatest friends, and I can’t stop grinning,” Milano wrote on Instagram in addition to her photo.
Even though Milano and her spouse had a great time vacationing with their friends, the unfavorable comments Milano received on her post somewhat overshadowed their holiday. Milano has always been upfront about the cosmetic procedures she has had done in the past, despite the fact that many remarks regarding her altered appearance and use of Botox expressed astonishment.
The “Who’s the Boss” actress shared her trick to “staying so beautiful” in a 2021 TikTok video in response to a fan’s question on the things she uses to combat wrinkles. The mother of two, who had previously used the low-carb Atkins diet to achieve her “happy” weight, responded, “Botox,” and winked slyly at the camera.
A month after releasing this video, Milano responded to a question from a social media fan in another TikTok post. In an attempt to tease Milano, the person asked facetiously if she had taken her medication or not.
Milano addressed the remark and again mentioned Botox, stating, “I think it’s time that we destigmatize medication for mental health, like we’ve destigmatized, uh, I don’t know, say, Botox.”
Milano, who previously acknowledged that she had “to work a little harder” to stay in shape after becoming a mother of two, has been open about not only her usage of Botox but also the normal physical changes that aging has brought about in her body. She posted a makeup-free selfie on her 48th birthday and mentioned these changes in the post’s description.
“When I move, my body emits crackling sounds. The other day, my kid asked me why my butt jiggles so much. I can forget stuff sometimes. I’m always exhausted. All in all, though, I’m just thankful for this life. My life,” she captioned one of her photos.
Alyssa Milano celebrated her 51st birthday last year by posting another makeup-free selfie in a style reminiscent of her 2020 birthday post. This post featured an image carousel with multiple pieces of text superimposed over her face in the same photo of her.
Speaking to her followers about this momentous day, which she called attaining “level 51,” Milano also conveyed another crucial message. She shared the insightful lessons she has discovered thus far in her life, referring to love, understanding, compassion, resilience, and thankfulness as “cheat codes” for surviving her route.
“I embrace the challenges and joys that lie ahead, knowing that I have the cheat codes of resilience, gratitude, compassion, empathy, and the love of those around me to guide me through this game of life,” she concluded her letter.
