Dana Perino shares the details of her disciplined daily schedule — along with a hobby she’s finally ready to reveal

From morning Peloton rides to private ballroom dance lessons, Dana Perino is proving that discipline, elegance, and energy are her ultimate power combo.

Fox News anchor Dana Perino is lifting the curtain on how she balances an around-the-clock media career while staying in top form — mentally and physically. And let’s just say, her routine is not for the faint of heart.

Rise and Grind — Literally
The 52-year-old political analyst and TV host starts her day at 4:45 a.m. — no snoozing allowed. Perino begins with prayer and meditation, followed by a quick scan of the day’s headlines. But her morning doesn’t stop there.

“Fitness and movement are so critical,” she shared in a recent Instagram post. “I’ve always liked having a lot of movement in my life.”

Her go-to? A Peloton session with instructor Hannah Corbin. From there, she often transitions into strength training or yoga — determined to hit her monthly goals and earn that coveted gold medal badge.

Two Shows, One Midday Secret
Perino juggles two daily broadcasts: “America’s Newsroom” from 9 to 11 a.m. and “The Five” from 5 to 6 p.m. But it’s her midday window that raised eyebrows — and brought a smile.

“I try to do at least one other thing that has to do with movement,” she said. “Usually it’s a private Pilates lesson. Sometimes it’s a ballroom dancing lesson. Well… quite a bit, actually.”

Yes, ballroom dancing. What started as a quiet hobby has now been publicly embraced by Perino herself.

“I keep it kind of private… but now obviously it’s out in the open,” she admitted with a grin.

Stretching to Stay Sane
After her final show wraps, Dana isn’t done yet. She makes time for a final round of stretching, which she now calls one of the most important parts of her day.

“If not, I’m like a ball of tension,” she confessed. “Stretching has become one of the most important things I’ve done in my life.”

A New Chapter: Advice From a Life Well-Lived
Dana’s disciplined lifestyle isn’t just for show — it’s the foundation of her latest book, “I Wish Someone Had Told Me…: The Best Advice for Building a Great Career and a Meaningful Life.”

The book blends personal stories, professional insights, and contributions from friends and colleagues to deliver a collection of life lessons for anyone chasing success with purpose.

With a jam-packed schedule, an intense fitness regimen, and a new book flying off shelves, Dana Perino is redefining what it means to “have it all” — and she’s doing it with quiet grace, well-earned confidence, and just a little cha-cha on the side.
