Donald Trump Finally Admits He Cannot Run For A Third Term

Donald Trump admitted he cannot run for a third term as President of the United States. He told reporters that he regrets not being allowed to serve again, saying America still needs him.

During a flight from Japan to South Korea, Trump said: “If you read it, it’s all pretty clear! I am not allowed to run, it’s just too bad!” His comment came after earlier talk about the possibility of a third term.

The U.S. Constitution’s 22nd Amendment limits presidents to two terms. Trump began his second term in January, so the restriction is now in effect.

Experts said that changing the law would take years and require approval from both Congress and the states. It would be a long and difficult process.

Steve Bannon recently mentioned a plan that could allow the 79-year-old president to run again, but many people said that it would not be possible. The law, as it stands, leaves no room for a third Trump presidency.
