Court records show that messages handed over to federal agents revealed Robinson discussing weapons, hiding places, and even specific instructions on retrieving a rifle. Investigators later confirmed the recovery of a high-powered bolt-action firearm wrapped in a towel and hidden in a wooded area. Alongside the rifle, they found engraved bullets, clothing believed to have been changed during the escape, and digital devices from the apartment Robinson shared with his roommate. Family members of Robinson, however, remain stunned. His grandmother described him as a quiet young man with no history of violence, insisting she had never seen him show interest in firearms or extremist politics.
